There is website called NeuWon.com that has replacement Won servers up so we can play Swat 3 again online soon. Basically to connect some minor changes must be made to the game executable.
(The NeuWon website may still be temporarily down though until next week).
I have been working on releasing an update for the Last Resort mod that will include NeuWon support.
