Hey everyone,

It's great to see a live community still supporting this game. I played a lot a few years back but [FSK] got much quieter and the death of the SWAT 3 servers meant I stopped playing.

I'd love to know if any of the old school players are still involved (people from SAS, LAPD etc.).

Thanks!

Hey SJ, great to see you too! I thought I'd don the old tags.

So I'm guessing it's possible to play SWAT3 online? I'm on a Mac and don't really use it for gaming but I'd love to fire it up again and try a few missions.

The official servers are of course long down but you can play LAN games via programs like Tunngle or Hamachi

Well Swat 3 is rapidly becoming like VMS, hopelessly obsolete, increasingly incompatible with today's hardware, lacking even remotely modern features and chained by a faceless corporation that won't let go. However it still works on Windows 7, so we'll play till it doesn't work anymore.

Finally managed to get it installed along with Hamachi. Not tried to play online yet but definitely up for giving it a go if anyone still plays?
