I am trying to add the High Power Pack from MODDB, but it comes in a RAR format. I tried extracting the files, but there is no ZIP file to add to the SWAT 3 Mod folder. I compressed the files into a ZIP file named "Highpower.zip", but this did not work. I tried putting the extracted files in a folder named "Highpower" and then compressing that into a ZIP file named "Highpower.zip", but this also did not work. Does anyone have any clue on how to get this mod working? The uploaded on MODDB says they did not create the mod, and it came from swat3united.com, however I cannot find this under the Downloads section.
